We wanted to thank you once more for the great care and attention you gave our dog during his recent 10-day stay at your excellent boarding/training facility.
The obedience lessons have true results; we're finding Max is now a far happier and more disciplined dog in general - quiet and very well behaved, he is a real pleasure to control in public, social or other distractive situations.
Max is also responding brilliantly to the ongoing training at home with us - his eagerness to participate makes us both want to get out there with him!
